May 28’s Google Doodle for Nepal, Thank you Google!
The largest search engine Google has dedicated its doodle for Nepal today saying that this will remind the whole world of the people of Nepal that they are the inspiration to the entire world. Google has honored the strength and spirit of the people of Nepal. On May 28, 2008 after decades of revolution and protests, Nepal became the federal republic of Nepal. Severn years later, Nepal is an international symbol of grandeur, peace and tenacity . Featuring Swoyambhunath and Pashupatinath with seven burning candles, the concept of light in this Doodle means three things for Nepal: Celebration of National seventh Republic day, prayers to Buddha, and a guiding light on the way to home (hope).
In the aftermath of the recent devastating and tragic earthquakes Google has expressed its heartfelt condolence to the earthquake victims and expressed that Google is committed to supporting efforts to rebuild, and to help carry the load on the difficult climb to recovery. Google hopes aid workers in Nepal are helping to heal and mend families as they regain their footing, standing as their world shifts beneath their feet. Google has said that its Crisis Response Map can help get the lay of the land and the person finder can help locate friends and loved ones.
At last Google has wished to see Nepal to the peak of success and development in the future.
