European Media Representatives Appeal to Visit Nepal

Group of journalists and tour guides from different countries said that Nepal is not as much damaged as presented in international media. Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), Nepal Chapter organized interaction program on Monday in which foreign tour guides and media representatives stated that they experienced Nepal is safe.

“Before visiting Nepal I had heard many negative things.”, said Germany’s tour representative Romi Gyanch. “ After visiting Nepal and understanding the scenario, I found very much less earthquake damage than expected”. “After returning from Nepal I will request my friends not to cancel their trip to Nepal as it is safe to visit”. She added. “ I had knew very much negative things but was actually surprised after I came and visited Nepal”.

Another popular German blogger Christine said that only few places around Kathmandu valley suffered damage whereas Pokhara, Chitwan and most of other touristic places are safe. And she promised she will publish positive factual things. Similarly other participants in interaction program and representatives also pointed that many negative publicity has been made and they would appeal others to visit Nepal. All of them agreed to the point that there is no risk involved while visiting Nepal.
